Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Time
We aim to fulfill and dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days after purchase. As a small team, we carefully prepare each order to ensure quality. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Canada Post by default. Shipping timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the Canada Post delivery standards.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service level.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes will also be calculated at checkout where possible. However:

Any last-minute or unexpected charges due to government policy changes or carrier exceptions are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery
Tracking is provided via email once your package has been shipped, using Canada Post’s tracking system.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

Responsibility lies with the shipping provider and customer, but we’re happy to support you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Delays
We do our best to keep you informed of any postal service delays (such as Canada Post strikes), but Republk Inc. is not liable for courier-related disruptions once the item has shipped.
Shipping Refunds
Refunds due to shipping exceptions (e.g., delayed delivery, misrouted packages) are handled case by case. To request support, contact us at orders@republk.com and we’ll evaluate the situation with you.
